EIndicator

Introducing the  EIndicator: an advanced performance analysis tool designed for Autodesk 3ds Max versions 2020 through 2024. This script empowers users to evaluate and visualize scene performance by analyzing polygon counts and material complexities. Key features include:

• Sampling Controls: Adjust the number of samples per frame to fine-tune performance analysis.​

• Weight Adjustments: Customize the influence of polygon count and material complexity on the performance score.​

• Proxy and XRef Management: Optionally exclude V-Ray, Corona proxies, and XRefs from analysis for a focused evaluation.​

• Color Mapping: Apply a comprehensive color gradient from blue to red, passing through green, yellow, and orange, to represent performance metrics.​

• State Preservation: Choose to retain applied colors upon closing or revert to original wireframe colors automatically.​

• Seamless Integration: Automatically restores original viewport settings and wireframe colors upon script closure, unless specified otherwise.
