Licensing Terms

Single Machine Use
Each license is valid for installation and use on one designated computer only. -
Non-Transferable
Licenses are tied to the original hardware and cannot be transferred to another machine. -
Hardware Modifications
Significant changes to the licensed computer’s hardware—such as replacing the motherboard, CPU, or GPU—will render the license invalid. In such cases, a new license purchase is required. -
Lifetime Validity
The license remains valid for the lifetime of the originally designated hardware, provided all other terms are met, or until our servers are permanently shut down—whichever comes first. -
Free Updates
Customers will receive free updates for all versions released under the same major version number as the one purchased. For example, if you purchase version 1.xx, all updates up to but not including version 2.0 will be available for free via the original purchase link. Major version upgrades (e.g., from 1.x to 2.x) will require a new license purchase. -
Limited Support Period
Email support is available for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase. Support requests beyond this period may not be honored or may require an additional support plan. -
Policy Compliance
Usage of the software is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our website policy. -
Prohibited Actions

Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or use any part of it separately, is strictly prohibited.

License Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate, forge, or tamper with the license file, license key, or the collected hardware ID will result in immediate license invalidation.

No Refund Policy: Licenses invalidated due to unauthorized actions—including hardware ID manipulation or reverse engineering—are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

ECopy

ECopy is a 3DsMax script by EKDtools.
It registers in to the main menu of 3DsMax and comes with a user interface that you can go through the slots using mouse scroll.
That allows you to copy and paste in 20 different slots.
You can use this script to copy and paste objects between different files and computers on your network. This can be useful when you are working on a project that requires collaboration with other people.
ECopy also registers the timestamp of your copy with a large object centered preview and the username of the user who took the copy.
ECopy also allows you to choose the copy path anywhere even of a network location.
With ECopy you can copy between two max instances on the same time showing preview once you made a copy from one another.

- Each license of this script can be activated on one computer only (With many max versions* and instances as you want) and this license covers ver 1.++ and it’s minor updates below ver 2.00.
- ECopy 1.00 is now compatible with 3ds Max 2016 to 2025*.

- Follow the intsallation instructions carefully.
- Only one max instance should be open during installation and activation.
- You can safely Update on the one installed already.

- Fixed an issue appeared in 1.042 which has stuff to do with the copy path not registering, defaulting to the autoback folder.

- Changed the HW lock data avoiding crashing with Win11 24h2 and switching power to battery in laptops was changing HW information, so please don’t activate any older version. Activating an older version after this release will make you unable to activate any new releases after 1.04.

- It’s now supporting 3ds max 2025, note that the new menu system is not helping us to show the empty slot as an empty slot in the menu only in 2025, it’s working perfectly in older versions of 3ds max, also, the slots in the script UI are not scrollable using the mouse scroll anymore “Due to the new UI system of 2025” but you can still scroll using up and down keyboard keys.
